I had my first visit with Dr. Payne on yesterday and I can feel a significant difference in my pain level and movements. She definitely brought the Payne(pain), but I am confident in the long run it will be well worth it. Jasmine was very helpful when it came to my exercises. I was a little uncomfortable, but she was very patient. Dr. Payne and Jasmine are AWESOME!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Payne’s office! Dr. Payne and Jasmine are very personable and knowlegeable-they instantly make you feel comfortable. The Airrosti treatment works miracles and I learned a lot about what strengthening and recovery exercises I need to incorporate into my daily life.  I hope i won’t need to but I know where to go when i have another injury!

Our 13 year old daughter had a lumbar strain.  She needed to be healed quickly for volleyball nationals and after 3 visits, she was doing terrific.  Thank you!

I pulled my hamstring a little over a week ago just doing normal things.  Initially, I thought I had hurt a tendon in my knee.  I went to see Dr. Payne from a reference of friend.  She listened to what happened and where exactly I was hurting.  She had me do some movements and determine it was muscular.  After that first session, my level of movement was incredible compared to before and I was in considerably less pain.  Jasmine really worked with me on my recovery exercises.  I only needed 3 sessions.  On my last session, they both discussed what I should continue to do to prevent injuries.  The sessions were easy to schedule.  I have already recommended them to one of my friends and will continue to do so.
