I have never written a negative review in my life but felt obligated to warn others that they are better off driving to a different vehicle licensing store. The last straw for me was when they refused to accept the purchase price on my title regardless of the fact that it was the median price for the vehicle on NADA. Rather than get the paperwork they were requesting I drove to a different store and they transferred the title no questions asked. This was my 3rd encounter with this business and every transaction was made way more difficult than it needed to be.

Convenient accurate and quick. Dozens of transactions, out of state transfers, registrations, lost title's, never an issue in over a decade.

Tried to call multiple times to get information on switching a title nobody answered. called the Francis location who answered the first time only to get the wrong information now I have to track down the owner of a boat I bought 3 states away for a notarized signature because they don't answer the phone and the people on Francis don't know how to do there job's thanks for nothing!
