Told me to fix my shoes at home!! 

I brought in a pair of shoes I wanted repaired. One of the female employees greeted me. I explained what I wanted done (basically just reinfornice a button on a pair of Ugg’s - not moving a mountain) and she looked at the shoes and asked if I had a needle at home. I said, “yes”. She then told me, very sweetly mind you, that, “you can repair them at home yourself”.  Uhhhhh, lady, I wouldn’t have come to you for help if I could repair them myself. I just looked at her like, are you serious?! Then I asked, “Are you sure you don’t want to fix them?” (Code for - look, lady, you get one more chance before you lose me as a customer forever.) And she said, “no”. Whaaaat?!?! How does this place still exist if they don’t take your items for service? Don’t go here!!!

These guys have always done a decent job, but their pricing is really deceptive. They have a sign out front that says Pants for 3.95 and shirts for $1.95. When I saw that they were charging 2.5x that amount, the lady said she was sorry that they just hadn't fixed the sign yet. That sign has been there for years, by the way. I said that it is false advertising, and she just laughed. I've been using them for years, but will find a new place to do my cleaning.

Taken to the cleaners! Literally!! I needed some drapes hemmed and saw their store close to my new place. Thinking how much could it be??? $124!!!! For drapes I paid less than $50 for - hemmed 1 1/2 inches!! I would love to see the security footage of my jaw hitting the floor when he told me the price!! Horrible business! All the positive reviews have the same last name as he does - interesting. Trust your gut with this guy! Don't go here!!

Mr. and Mrs. Ham are so friendly!  Always on time with my orders and things are always done exactly how I like. They also repaired my dress shoes when he noticed how worn down they were.  Give them a try. Great people.

Terrible service !! Both claimed they called me when I scrolled through my log in front of them and their number wasn't even on there. Didn't give me a price before tailoring my dress and charged me 91$ for a terrible job!! 
Dress doesn't fit me right anymore. Do not recommend tailoring service!!
