The hostess had an attitude and her politeness was sarcastic. Not a good start. Sat for 5 minutes before anyone came to the table. Hostess must have forgot to tell someone she sat us. Our waitress and her trainee made up for it. They were very good. Food and drinks were good. I gave a 3 star rating just because of the hostess.

I just ate there tonight and I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered steak and shrimp. It was served at room temperature. I ordered my steak medium and they served it rare/raw. They took it back and brought me the same steak back. As I started to eat it the steak it was in the same state as it was originally served. I told the server and she apologized but still charged me full price for my meal. The least they could have done was given me a discount for it being cooked wrong twice and served at room temperature. I won't eat there again.

We went in for a late lunch. We got a table right away with a friendly greeter. The waiter was not the best, but the food more than made up for it. I am not the type to get a fish sandwich, but I stepped out of my box and loved it. Great food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices, if the waiter had smiled just once, it would have been a five star rating.

Had a blast! The one man band was great.the bartenders where sexy,and they now how to poor a great drink.  Thanks, the food was  like I taught them.  I take no credit.,   Thank Mario, he is the man.🍺🍺 buying him a Stella beer. Thanks to Dione it was magical. Nikki and Ricky are great bartender!!! Luved  it

Had a late lunch today, with Danielle as our server. This was our first time at AJ's, and we really enjoyed it. One of our group doesn't eat seafood, but her grilled chicken sandwich was perfect. Shrimp wrap and gumbo were good, and all of the portions were huge. I was expecting plates, not baskets for the price...but the food and service were worth it.
