Took my older car here, which is a plus, because not many dealerships want to take any car before 2000 in! 

The technician's number one priority is customer safety.  They only upsell when they observe something that needs to be sold.  especially if the customer's safety AND other people's safety come into play.  

But sometimes people don't have money and it makes me wonder why they drive Mercedes in the first place?? Out of warranty these cars will end you and your wallet.

I had the worst service and was overcharged. I signed a work order for a $90 oil change and was charged $240. I never received a call to authorize the extra work. They changed a $30 cabin filter and charged me an additional $150 I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I was told it would take 2 hrs and after 6 hrs I had to call them and was told it would be done soon.  I waited an additional 1 hrsin there dirty hot in air conditioned room.  Thanks for nothing Akbar.
