I've owned rescue animals my whole life, seen a lot of vets, said goodbye to many for legged family members. The owner, Dr. Leslie, was the most caring; soft spoken; good hearted; sensitive; compassionate; insert any other positive comment here, get I have ever been to. All 4 of my animals are seen here, they know all their names and all of my family members by their first names. The technicians are just as good as the owner. They recently helped us send another four legged family member off and this was by far the best clinic I've ever used hands down. GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR PETS NEEDS YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

I have brought our cats here twice for regular checkups. Both times the staff and the vets have been extremely rude. Their prices are also outrageous. The most disturbing experience happened last week when we brought our dog in with a severe neck injury from another dog that attacked her. I called and told them the situation, that she needed stitches. They said to come in, 1/2 hour before closing. They were extremely rude. The vet told us she was already off the clock and did not want to stay any later. We will never be going there again. The complete lack of compassion as well as being treated so badly more than once was enough. Barbie

Akin Hills has been my vet clinic for many years and for many pets I’ve had over the years. All of the doctors and staff are very dedicated and compassionate towards the animals brought to them for care. The doctors will explain any diagnosis thoroughly with you and offer the best medical treatment for your beloved pet. The clinic will send reminder post cards and emails for yearly checkups and follow ups so you never miss these I mportant appointments. I am very comfortable and confident bringing my pets to them because I know they will receive the best of care. Thank you Akin Hills staff!

My wife and I have been bringing our cats here for about 20 years now. They are always very compassionate and caring. They take the time to listen to you and answer any questions they can. They also seem to treat everyone's animals with the utmost of respect and care. They are also considerate of pet owners quite often sad feelings during hard times with their pets. I highly recommend their services to any dog or cat owner.

This clinic is extremely helpful. They have gotten us in last minute several times for serious care for our cat. They even fit us in on a Saturday last minute to put him down when he went down hill very fast. They were very understanding and loving during our hard time. All vets we worked with were outstanding.
