Train Ride is pretty cool...tho out family was disappointed with the "Polar Express" trip we took. The "north pole" should have been SOOOOOO much better. As much as they make on the tickets...they could afford more lights and to hire a few more ppl instead of only the elderly volunteers that wave from the north pole & ride aboard. My kids kept wondering why there were no young ppl or elves. Wasn't very "magical"for them...great for kids under 4 probably.

The train ride was wonderful, the selection of food and in the gift shop were a tad small however overall the experience was like vely and I would recommend it.

Wonderfully relaxing ride from Independence to Akron. Volunteers on the train were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The train ride itself was okay. The staff were excellent and informative. There just wasn't much to see on the scenic ride.

Loved it i went with my clients and was able to get them on and off the train easily with their help since they have wheelchair lifts in one car
