The staff was very rude. Didn’t seem to care about the animals. I came here to pick up my cremated cat, and they lost the remains. They only seem to be friendly with other staff, but none of their customers. Plus when I walked in, the smell was horrendous and they were doing nothing to make it smell any better.

I am greatful to the Veterinarian and the Veterinarian Assistance. Not sure if that's her correct title. These people are amazing. The staff are friendly, polite and caring. I will always trust Akron Veterinary Clinic to care for my dog...Boomer!!

Absolutely the best care I could of asked for! Katlyn was amazing with my Gemma! Also they were the only vet that would see our puppy after hours.... everyone else told us that since she hadn't been seen at their clinic they wouldn't do an emergency visit for her...... thank you again akron veterinary you guys are amazing!
