so apparently its ok to show up look at the unit and fix it and not tell the person how much they are being charged or give them a detail estimate or price or anything. then a few weeks later call and ask for money. i wasn't born yesterday. i was told by the lady on the phone its a free estimate and now they want money? i did not  even agree to doing the job in the first place. i was trying to figure prices. even if its not free estimate they should still have the courtesy to tell the customer whats wrong and how much its going to be. n then the guy threatens me over the phone because i told them how wrong they are for the way they do services. and told to deal with it. yea, nice customer service buddy.

From A-Z !!! Al Air was great !!! The 2 techs Derrick and Carl were very professional and friendly.  Al Air was recommended from neighbor. I'm so glad we asked our neighbor who they used.  My AC and Furnace work beautifully !!! My install was performed professionally and work area was left spotless.  I checked around for pricing  and AL Air was right on what a home owner should pay.  Very fair price.  It's nice to pay for a service and not get ripped off.  Thanks Al !!

Al Air is the best! When I moved to the northside , I made the mistake of using another company. They messed up my new unit beyond belief. I called Al Air and they fixed the problem in a day. Prices are the best and all of the Technicians have years of experience. Most of all they stand behind the work.

 I first used Al Air way back in 2003 to replace my 37 year old furnace. He gave me a very detailed printed estimate and a good price. A neighbor had used his company and recommended them so I have him a try. They did a nice neat job for the exact price in the estimate. My house has never been as comfortable as it is now. The following year I had him install central a/c. Again they did a nice neat job for the price in the estimate. I have them come every year to do an annual clean and check. The techs are very polite and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied and would recommend Al Air to anyone.
