I shopped several agency's for auto insurance, and decided on Al Myers State Farm. Not only did I get the lowest rate with maximum coverage, but the customer service is top notch. After a recent accident, he called just days after to make sure I was getting all the discounts available to me. After reviewing my policy, Al suggested adding another policy for my home, which resulted in a big discount -- I'm paying LESS for MORE coverage! "Like a Good Neighbor...!"

I have been coming to AL Myers since I started driving over 10 years ago for my car insurance, I have since added on other policy's and they where great helping me decide what I need. My parents have been using them as well and love it there. AL Myers and his staff are amazing and like part of the family. They know us all by name which makes us feel welcomed and loved they are some wonderful people. My kids love coming with me as well as they love seeing my kids. Great an wonderful group there , see you soon

We have all of our insurance through State Farm's Cortland office. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After several years of owning our vehicles, we recently needed to change one of our two auto plans to another vehicle and we couldn't have been more pleased with how easy they made it. IF you don't do this everyday, you forget about all that has to be done, not to mention the whole DMV fun. State Farm's Agent walked us through it step by step and the whole process was seamless. They are there whenever I need to ask questions about our plans and always make sure I understand my plans. Home, Auto and Life insurance all in one monthly payment~~ couldn't get any easier and the staff is a pleasure to work with!! Great group of professionals!!

My family has been with State Farm in Cortland for years and have always been more than happy. All of the employees treat you like family from day one. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
