Horrible staff and management. Take everything....I mean everything out of your car before going. They will lift anything they can and management lets them because there's signs up. I had money stolen out of an envelope and management stated they'd reimburse me. Next morning, "I slept on it and had a change of mind" stated that nothing was seen on camera, but refused to show it to me. Mark said,"you'll have to take my word." which obviously doesn't mean anything. If you go here, you're just asking to be robbed.

I recall this place being decent enough from past patronage. Well no longer. After a mediocre wash and dry, which I don't understand how no less than 5 guys wiping down the car it was still wet after they had finished,, anyway I got in my car to leave and noticed the photo of my infant daughter, that I kept on the dash,, is gone. So I inquire with one of the guys and of course he's clueless. A couple other dudes feigned concern and attempted to "search". Well the driveway was backing up with other customers so I decided to leave. I was very disturbed that someone would take or throw out the picture so I called to speak with the manager not even 5 mins after pulling off. The lady who answered claimed he wasn't available but she'd give him the message. Needless to say I never heard back. After reading these reviews I don't expect to. Lesson learned for me as I will never use this establishment again.

Time my car seat which made my airbag inoperable. Drive right back and the manager fixed the seat - but the airbag malfunction light was still on - told me he thought it was a fuse or wire that had been disrupted when seat was broken - gave me his card. I told him I would see if my car guy could fix it and perhaps if it was an easy fix there’d be no charge but that I’d let him know. I paid 60 dollars and the car guy said it’d be 100 more to remove the seat - I asked him to stop - we went over beat and worst case scenarios - I went back to management at the car wash - who I’ve since learned is the owner. He now claims he was the person to break my seat and he said the airbag wasn’t on - he’s basically called me a liar - all the men working there laughed at me as I became more and more upset. He said driving around without an airbag wasn’t deangerous - I was a lair and he offered me free car washes. He’s a horrible Human being and now I don’t feel so bad as I see it wasn’t personal since he’s treated so many others this way - sorry for everyone’s troubles. He’ll get his in the end.

Stole $90 from wife's purse and who knows what else. manager told her she misplaced it. Horrible establishment, management will not care. go somewhere else... PS. anyone down for class action?

Horrible establishment and management sucks. This place needs to be shut down. I witness one car coming off the wash rack and ran right into the back of another car. When the person car who got hit from the back brung this matter to the owners attention he told the customer he was lying and dismissed him. If that was my car I would've been just as pissed as the customer was. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and if your looking for a quality wash that cleans the inside and out I would recommend going to "Waterway" on Chagrin Blvd.
