Al's French Frys was started by Al and Genevieve Rusterholz in the late 1940's. Their fabulous french fries quickly made Al's into a Burlington-area institution. Since opening, the building has had several additions—but the frys are still the same, and it's no exaggeration to say that they are known nationwide.
