This place serves a deep need in the community for healthy food. They have a huge Warehouse that distributes food to agencies serving the poor and homeless citizens of Alameda County. Great caring staff and a huge benefit to the community. They accept donations of cash and food in addition to their annual food drives. Great place to volunteer for individuals and organizations.

They are doing great things to end hunger in our community! I was so happy to get to volunteer there! Such an awesome day!

The Greatest!!! Alameda County Community Food Bank everyone there has the best client services in the bay area, Always has the best, fresh food for our community...The Food Bank has really and truly helped me and Arsola's Food Pantry and Community Services  with whatever I needed to get us this far serving the community. THEY ARE THE GREATEST!!! THANK YOU SUSAN AND ALL THE GREAT TEAM AND VOLUNTEER PLAYERS.. We could not have done any of this without YOU!!! Candi Thornton
