TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
All was good until I cancelled my homeowner policy with Alan Gafarian-State Farm in East Meadow,NY.
After calling five times I finally got an email which meant nothing.
I asked Corina to cancel my policy on May 16, 2016 and sent her a copy of my new homeowner policy. I asked her to send me a confirmation of cancellation but not until today when I spoke to Alan did she send me an email that stated "cancelled as of date of policy"; this was the entire email which meant nothing.
I asked again to please send me an email that stated what and when my homeowner policy was cancelled. I also asked her to include in the email  that my credit card automated payments scheduled were  cancelled; and    to mention that I would get the refund for this  months payment.
As of now I still have not received this email and I'm not sure that my policy with them is really cancelled. If she is sitting on this  cancellation I will soon find out and  I will report this State Farm Insurance Agent in East Meadows to the BBB.
