Story

Alan is from Meridian, Idaho. After obtaining a civil engineering degree from BYU, he attended the University of Idaho Law School. During the summer breaks, he did externships with the Bonneville County Prosecutors Office in Idaho Falls, ID and the United States Attorney’s Office in Boise, ID. Following law school, he clerked for District Judge Darla Williamson in Ada County, ID. He then worked for the Bonneville County Prosecutor’s Office for 3 ½ years doing domestic battery, child protection, misdemeanors, and felony DUI’s. In January 2007, he opened his own law office. He does wills, estate planning, probate, guardian and conservatorships, family law, adoption, divorce, child custody modification, child support modifications, real estate, and criminal work. His hourly rates depend on the legal need. He serves Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, Pocatello, Rigby, Rexburg, Teton, Driggs, Arco, Challis, Salmon, and the rest of Southeast Idaho.

He is married to Camilla Hardy Harrison. She is from Raymond, Alberta, Canada. They currently have 9 children. He enjoys camping, running, biking, swimming, and spending time with family. In the summer of 2012, he hiked the Middle Teton with his 13 and 7 year old sons. He also enjoys doing Triathlons. He was able to talk two (2) of his daughters into doing the Rigby Lake Triathlon.
