For most people, auto maintenance and repair is not fun or convenient. So, we want make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you. We genuinely care about your car and your experience, and it shows. Amazingly friendly and courteous service. Fair pricing and pretty good about getting you repaired in a hurry. My favorite shop in Poplar Bluff and I highly recommend it.

I dealt with a guy named Richie & the female behind the counter. Both have zero customer service skills. I bought 4 new tires & asked for balancing & an alignment. They could never get my vehicle aligned properly, even after 3 tries; they claimed my axle was bent (which it is not) & after I showed proof that another place was able to align it without issues, not only did they refuse to refund the cost of the second alignment but they are now trying to void the warranty on the tires they sold me! Who does that!! I hear Alan is a great guy but I never dealt with him, never saw him. But I suggest not dealing with this place because of the people he has hired. They are definitely ruining his business. Buying new tires, getting them balanced & having your vehicle aligned should be a routine activity for a garage but it seems this place cannot manage even that. Horrible, horrible, horrible people. Not only did they not get the job done but they were so rude on top of it!
