Alaska Coffee Roasting started in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1993 with a focus on roasting and preparing the best coffee in the world. Now available in Miami.

Single Origin Coffee Roaster with espresso bar, Italian sodas, pizza, sandwiches, salads, beer and wine.

We also have a full bakery with cookies, cakes, croissants, and other delicious goodies made daily!

Alaska Coffee Roasting started in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1993 with a focus on roasting and preparing the best coffee in the world. We still do that to this day, but lucky for you, you can now get our amazing coffee without making an excursion to the far north! While we're serious about our coffee, we also offer a vast array of made-from-scratch foods; pizzas and sandwiches cooked to perfection in our wood-fired oven, decadent pastries, and incredible soups and salads. Located next to the Johnson and Wales Miami Campus, Alaska Coffee Roasting is a great place to meet friends, go out on a date, or even hold a business meeting. Come see us!

Googled coffee shop in the Miami area, but i walked our very pleasantly surprised. They have terrific pizza too!! I ordered an Americano, and it was made perfectly. The owner is a wonderful lady, sadly i forgot her name. She was working alongside her employees, which i respect a lot. Come check out this place, you'll leave happy

Love coming here with a small group or a larger group, they have great food and a huge variety of coffee from around the world.
It's a little on the pricey side but normal for coffee shops, the workers are very nice and helpful.
If you want a good cup of coffee in the North Miami area stop by and check it out!

First time.
Kind friendly service from all staff.
Was told s little history about the coffee grounds and the process.
Good food, tasty also.

Love this place, it's so close to my apt, I often walk to it. Staffs are always friendly and welcoming. Coffee is always delicious, I personally like the Ethiopian French press. However, the food is mediocre. I've tried different items off the food menu and pastry. They were just okay, I would expect a coffee shop to have a better pastry selections, I hate to say but Starbucks has better pastries than Alaska. Pizza and sandwiches could've been better as well. 

The croissants were mehhhh, they were more like bread texture. 

I still come to this place regularly, for coffee and coffee only. Oh well maybe pastry if it's desperately needed.

There must be a secret menu to order off when you are here cause there is no way that this place is labeled $. This place is pricey, not dramatically pricey but definitely paying more than you should for avocado toast and pancakes pricey. Iced matcha was okay, pancakes were okay, toast was okay. Willing to try again but nothing spectacular other then the tab. Table was crumby, and there were no forks asked staff for fork and they brought plastic, most likely misunderstanding what we wanted. If you love the smell of coffee this is the place for you, tha aroma is nice.
