Steve is extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and timely with returns. He has done my fathers returns for many years and since my fathers passing has provided great service and counsel through a challenging period of time.

Not a good service for the average consumer. Spends all of their time on corporate accounts. 

Promised discount for poor, untimely service and did not follow through. Had our tax information for 6 weeks. Then sends us a letter as if it was our fault they did not tell us our tax results until the middle of the day on tax day. Unprofessional.
