very un-professional company. They have a tendency not to answer the calls after we did the payment. The underwriter lady Ms. R****(name hidden for privacy reasons) is short tempered and not supportive. Their service ends where we complete the payment. We are facing huge challenge now to get our company insurance cards, which Ms. R**** is redirecting to Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices without even letting us know. God knows why and how such insurance brokers exists.

I've been with this company for several years now. Any company that calls you to let you know they ran your policy and can save you nearly $50 a month on your bill is one I want to continue to do business with. What a great surprise, just in time for the holidays. Thank you so much Patrick! Alba Insurance is awesome :)
