The Property manager has the worst attitude and tone. She doesnt care to apologize or admit she is wrong. This company should highly consider firing this lady and hiring someone who knows how to speak to owners in a respectful manner.
I've had a fantastic experience with Alba Property management as my property management company. Their team is highly professional, responsive, and attentive. They've effectively handled all maintenance issues and concerns and have the place in great condition. Communication is top-notch, and I've never had to worry about anything! I highly recommend Alba Property management for anyone seeking reliable and efficient property management services!

One of the standout features of ALBA Property Management Inc. is their stellar communication. They are incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls, and they keep me informed every step of the way. Whether it was updates on property maintenance or rental income reports, I always feel well-informed and in the loop. Maintenance is a crucial aspect of property management, and ALBA Property Management Inc. excels in this area. They proactively address any issues that arise, ensuring that our property is always in excellent condition.
Total negligence. When we have a problem they do not care. All they care about is the money. I wouldn't recommend this so called company to anyone. The people they have working on the board can assault you and get away with it.We have a problem with our tree up against our house and they don't want to solve the problem. They lied to our faces and said the city said it's healthy and can't touch it. I called the city and they told me different. There's mold growing on the siding and they don't care.LAST YEAR they promised to fix our eavesdropping STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. HOW DO YOU TRUST SOMEONE WHO DOES NOTHING BUT LIE TO YOUR FACE??And they increased our maintenance costs. For what when nothing is getting maintained?Been here for 30 yrs and this has to be the worst company yet.
ALBA Property Management has been our Property Manager for the past few years and they were able to completely change our Corporation from the brink of bankruptcy to actually having a very healthy Reserve Fund balance and completing major renovations around our property to improve the value. We recently had some structural upgrades and our garage is currently being refurbished. Mentor, Armand, George and Anthony have all been fantastic to work with and I am so impressed that even with changes in our property manager the quality of service received has never waivered. I would 110% recommend this boutique Property Management company to any condominium corporation - they are small but they are efficient, personable and professional.
It's been more than 12 years having experience to work with Mr. Mentor Bardhi. Without any doubt this company is the best you can think about when it comes to Property Management. Highest level of professionalism, utmost honesty and transparency, highly responsible and the best service you can expect from a Property Manager. You can only expect the best from this company. I wish all property management company would be like these guys. They go all out to deliver the best with a smiling face. The office staffs are super good too. Very quick and efficient.
Would rate this company 0 stars. Number one, since this company took over PCC 53 at 3175 Kirwin Ave. Mississauga, the condition of the complex is terrible. Secondly, the owners do not know who and where the owner of the company is because he has not appeared or advertised in any way since last year. No one has found it necessary to inform the owners who is currently running the company. Thirdly, the big problem in the complex is the 3 directors of the board, together with the president, who were tried to be dismissed by the owners, but the management did everything to prevent them from being dismissed. More than half of the owners were in favor of changing them for the following reasons: - secret recording of conversations and sharing of recordings, -arrogant and ignorant behavior of the same, acting like they're owners of the complex - verbal attacks on the owners as well as on the children, physically attacks on the owners - board members trespassing on private properties without notice or announcement taking pictures and reporting to the city without reason, - making bade decisions when it comes to spending money, - their non-observance and violation of rules and laws, for which they ask other owners to respect them - intimidating the owners -increased occurrences of car break-ins and thefts That is only one small part of what the president, together with 2 members, is doing with this complex. And finally, the manager in charge of this PCC is an arrogant, ignorant, disrespectful, unprofessional person. For his work, grade 0. He is a person who has a manager's license, but does not behave and work in accordance with that license. He, together with the aforementioned 3 members of the board, does not work for the owners, to make the complex better, to save money on every job, but works against it. From a bad experience with this company, my recommendation, do not take Alba.
Extremely helpful and addressed all matters in a timely manner. More than satisfied with ALBA property managers, will be recommending to others!
This company went above and beyond to assist me when I needed them.. they were very helpful and came through in the end.. I would recommend anyone to use them in their next experience .. best property management team I’ve ever used.. thank you alba property management!!
