Called to make a follow up appointment after I was discharged from the hospital. Receptionist hung up on my first call after suspecting that I just wanted prescription drugs. I called back to explain to her I just needed a prescription for an MRI and she told me I was on controlled substances and the doctor wouldn't help me. Not once did she ask for a name, or number. Hung up on me again after my second call. Dr. Albana should look into hiring a new receptionist. Who gave the girl who answers phones power to refuse medical attention for a doctor? She was outrageously rude and inattentive and had this been a more serious matter I might be dead already. Don't trust this office to serve your medical needs. They don't care about you.
