I have always received great service from Albany Insurance Services and they cut my premium in half. I highly recommend.

I spoke with an older gentleman there and asked him to fax me proof of insurance and he told me he didn't have time and refused to send it.  I insisted that he send me a copy and he called me an idiot and hung up on me.  Worst kind of customer service EVER!!!
