I love shopping at the mall. The variety of stores assures you will find what you're looking for. Most of the stores there have excellent customer service. It's always clean and the food court is the best part of the whole experience!! If you visit Albany, GA. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Albany Mall.

Poor selection of stores. Opens at 10 am and closes at 6 pm on Sundays. There are way better malls to travel to outside of town to do your shopping. Each time I've gone, I've never found what I've been looking for. Just save a trip and go to another place to shop.

They really need more selection in our mall... Getting to be all the same types of stores just different names. We need a Macy's.

Small mall, ltd stores due to the fact Albany just has problems supporting businesses whether local or otherwise. Don't go often bcs half the other customers are loud, foul mouthed often, rude, lots of teenagers bcs little else for them to do here, & half are very ill-mannered. Speedy & aggressive parking lot drivers. Usually leave feeling annoyed.
