I’ve never in my life had to deal with a Doctor’s office to this degree. I brought my son here in hopes of quality health care. I was sadly mistaken. As a healthcare professional myself I would NEVER treat a patient so HORRIBLY!!! My child is suffering and I get the runaround. We’ve been here over a month and can’t even get a note to school. All you are told is we will make it ASAP or URGENT, still with NOTHING!!! I agree with other reviews......getting results is like pulling teeth without Novocain!!! If you child has SERIOUS medical issues and you are looking for Doctors that care and are serious about helping....LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Most doctors are great, young but very knowledgeable. Lactation specialist was always great. Negative issues are mostly scheduling complications and lack of ability to see the same doctor.

We are also surprised by negative reviews. They definitely have experienced doctors in the practice, who also teach at Albany Medical College. If there is an urgent visit, the patient may see someone other than regular doctor, but not for a scheduled appointment. My wife and I have been going here for years. Handy that they have a tech who can draw blood right there too. All medical results are available to the patient online, as well as the doctor sending a letter to patient with results. Don't know what some of these other reviewers are talking about.

If I could give negative stars I would. Though the Drs were amazing with the delivery of my daughter the bulk of the scheduling staff are literally the worst here. There is only one decent staff member ( if you have a male answering the phone that's him). My daughter will be 7 months the 13th of May, in those 7 months her appointments have been resechuled for each check up. Her injection schedule is all off because of this. If you are a working member of society forget trying to plan around your work schedule. Received notice the office is moving and they needed to reschedule her 6 month appt 3 days before the appointment of the ( mind you she's been 6 months for 2 weeks) . Scheduled this about 2 months ago and took time off at this time to accommodate. The office expects you to be able to be there at a drop of a hat for their scheduling . Working parents seek care else where if you'd like to keep your job!

Always provide me with great service. I can get in for a last minute appointment almost always within a week. My visits generally don't take too long either. Dr. Zabinski is a great doctor and has been awesome every time I have an appointment. Thank you for your great practice!
