sold car to my brother, had to get oil changed beforehand. got the car back and gave it to him. Got a check engine light days later (the first one I have ever had in this car with 280k miles) had plug wires for cyl 2 and 4 not even put back in the socket (if you’re going to check my plugs, at least put the wires back; I didn’t even check to see if the plugs are all the way back in; who knows). Oil overfilled and they also said I needed coolant when I just did a flush over the summer; I figured they knew better and were helping me out but now I feel like they were trying to make a quick buck and then try to get me to come back for misfire issues. will not be coming back

My car got fried due to an improper jump start, and Albert Auto went above and beyond the line of duty to test my car to make sure everything was alright. They called me after diagnosing the problem to verify I was okay with the repairs, and gave me an accurate estimate of how much it would cost including parts and labor.

Not only did they replace my battery and fuses, but they cleaned all the corrosion off my battery terminals, and made sure the battery and terminals were tightly sealed. They charged a more than fair amount for labor and parts, and overall, I feel they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Always a great experience. Chad & the folks at Albert Auto are always good to let you know when a repair will be coming up. They give an honest opinion of how near in the future the repair will be necessary and help to prioritize if it isn't feasible to tackle multiple issues at once.

Albert Auto Service South conducted their business in an honest, professional, and timely manner. They didn't try to sell add on work to increase the bill and I felt the final cost was very fair. I will continue to do business here & recommend them to friends.
