The "Original Alberts French Fries" started over 50 years ago under the Blue Water Bridge in a small rolling truck and grew into a area favorite.

After decades of providing what is considered the best french fries in the world and building a huge loyal customer database it was moved into this building where customers can sit down and dine in experience.

The family owned business also has another section that offers great tasting ice-cream shop named "Suzys"  that has also become a fan favorite.

The fries here are always fresh! It's always packed during the summer, and it's great that you can get ice cream right next door. They do lose a few points for having a hard time making slight changes to an order, such as loaded fries with no bacon (it took them 3 tries to get it right), as well as the general lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. Expect to step on a few fries and have a dirty table if you sit in.

Once a fry truck by the water, Albert's became so popular, the owners moved it's current location, a building right by the bridge. The upgrade comes with indoor/outdoor seating options, and a great menu to choose from. In addition, there is icecream right next door. Can't beat that.

Real English style chips. Absolutely the best around. An established Sarnia tradition.
