They are absolutely fantastic.We are so lucky in this area to have them to service all our hair care needs. Ms. Albertine is always around to consult and assist her staff members . I can't wait to go back again and again .......

It is 9:15 AM, I got here at 8:45 AM to drop my mom off for a 10:00 AM appointment.  Doors locked, no staff are at the business. At 9 AM, the owner said someone will be here at 9:05 AM.  After 9:05, they stopped answering the phone altogether. Who does that? The appointment was with Lucille Lawson.  No apologies or anything, not even answering the phone.  Absurd and appalling.

I have been going to Albertine’s hair salon ever since she started her shop in the basement of her home many years ago! Every time I go back to her shop, there is always new upgrades all to make it a true salon of quality. The stylists are professional and courteous. The receptionist has great customer service skills and Albertine herself is always present to ensure client’s satisfaction! Best hair salon in the DMV area!

GOT MY BOX BRAIDS DONE ! THEY DID A GREAT JOB . THE ONLY PROBLEM IS  MICE IS IN THIS SALON. AS I WAS GETTING MY HAIR DONE I SAW 3. I WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY DONT BRAID EXTREMELY TIGHT. THEY RECOMMENDED GOOD HAIR .   AND MY STYLE CAME OUT EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT ! THANKS ALOT .

I want to update the review for me that my daughter Mikkia Cordle wrote. 
I still am not ok with the tardiness regarding my appointment time, but Albertine the owner and Lucille the stylist apologized for the tardiness, and the customer service and braiding for micros was excellent!  I was so pleased to have Albertine and Lucille working together so that I could have a beautiful head of braids.
