Has Been my pediatrician for my whole life so far! Hes great with kids and knows what hes doing

Although Betancourt is a nice guy, we shouldn't have to wait 2 hours to be seen when we made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, plus however long we have to wait in the actual room. Then, we have a gas reimbersment sheet and they refuse to have anyone sign it but the doctor himself when, anyone in the office is allowed to sign the paper as we have done it in other offices. We come all the way from Six Lakes, all the way to Carson, and it's ridiculous. Furthermore, when we scheduled our first appointment, we told us it had to be before their lunch hour just this once because new patients are only seen before lunch. However, our second appointment had to be scheduled at 11 also, even though it was two weeks in advance.
