You can get good deals if you're on the look out for them. Otherwise, prices are a little high. Overall though, I do like Albertsons.

Best steak and crab legs in town! They always have really good sales too. I don't do all of my shopping here though because they are expensive otherwise. Just keep an eye out for their sales.

Overall a decent store, and since it's about the only true grocery store on the south end of town it gets a point for convenience. Albertsons, in general, does tend to be a bit more pricey than some of their competition, though they often have better quality produce and meats as well. As a result, we find ourselves picking up dry/canned/boxed type goods at the much cheaper WinCompetitor, while we get a lot of good fresh meat and produce at Albertsons. It's worth noting that a lot of their beef is choice grade, not the lower select grade that you'd often see elsewhere. If you're after good quality meat, then you expect and don't mind the higher price of choice grade beef. If you just want the cheapest, lowest quality meat you can find, then you probably just care about the price and not the value; if that's you, I'll tell you that you can probably find cheaper meat elsewhere. UPDATED 2/16/2017: I couldn't help but drop this location from 4 stars to 3 since they recently removed their self checkout. What used to be a quick in-and-out trip for a few items, now takes twice as long. I'm sure there was a reason for removing their self checkout, but in a day and age where most stores are adding that convenient feature, I'm not sure I fully understand it. It was a negative change for my customer experience.
