I have been shopping at this store consistently since I moved in the neighborhood in 2011. The old Store Director Richard was amazing to interact with, he knew his customers and expected his employees to know them as if they were true friends. 

Since he has left the new store management team has put a cold feeling in the employees. They don’t have the same enthusiasm they once had and most just are rude. There are a handful who are still amazing but for the sake of their personal space I’d not list thier names. A few of the managers one female one in particular could really use a lesson in customer service. Hopefully they get it together or the corporate office may start getting complaints.

Just happened tonight Tuesday.... 
me: "just downloaded the app and registered my phone # the other day, would like to use this coupon for $3 of a $20 purchase that's in "my list". My purchase is $20.04..... how do I do it? First time using the app, not familiar with it yet"...(as I handed the cashier my phone and entered my number in that keypad thing)
Cashier Ed: takes my phone, looks at the coupon, fumbles with the register hitting some keys and says: "Your purchase is barely over $20, it has to be at least $1 over $20 to work"
I swear that's what he said. The message was clear: "f**c off, there's a line, don't wan't to check".
So I guess I'll spend my extra $3 at a different store from now on.

So many small items ( as well as bulk) that I do not use all that much but need like individual TV dinners, small bottles if fabric softener, and single loaf of bread. Quick in and out.

The Starbucks made my frapp. A little too sweet.Also,they should work and stop talking. The Starbucks need to be trained a little more.They can't even find the right Venti cap.

The lines are long. Only 2 registers open and self checkout. Super busy and not a manager around to recognize just how long the lines were. Do not like shopping here the only reason I was here was because it was on my way home. No customer service whatsoever.
