I swear I was on the brink of tears by the very pleasant interaction with Carolyn at the Deli. I had to ask her if she was new because I had never had such a pleasant experience. She told me she had only been there six weeks and I told her that I had actually stopped shopping at the deli at most grocery stores because they always seem to be extremely rude. But she has completely changed my opinion on that matter. I told her that her very pleasant attitude would keep me coming back to her store. I hope Caroline gets some recognition for this review, cause she fully fully deserves it. If you’re ever looking for a butcher counter for deli meat and a person working customer service is actually there to be pleasant and give you a wonderful experience, please visit Caroline at the 17th St.

I've been coming here for YEARS and EVERY staff member has been so courteous, respectful and very kind. I give them all 20000000000 stars  . What they do is not easy at all so I'm so grateful that they are there. Show them some appreciation please everyone. I had major surgery a few weeks back. Today is Wednesday and I called my Doc for an important refill on Monday. On Tuesday Sav-on said they hadn't received it, which wasn't true as the Dr's office confirmed they sent it. But they sent it again on Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon I called Sav-on to find out if the prescription was ready. They said no because the insurance only authorized a 7 day refill rather than 10 days, which the Doc put in the prescription. I asked why they hadn't notified me so I could intervene with either the Doc and/or the insurance company. The Sav-on employee then tells me they have over 800 patients and they don't have time for communication with us all. They now refuse to fill my prescription even after my insurance company called and requested it again, claiming I was "rude".  I can't adequately explain the level of disrespect, rudeness, and inhumanity I received from this pharmacy that I have patronized for more than 20 years. If you want to be treated with kindness, dignity, and decency, avoid the Sav-on pharmacy at 17th and Holmes in Idaho Falls.

They were very nice but now they have this blonde that works there that's very rude. She even pointing me out to other stuff one time when I was looking the items in the aisle. I have issues with Grandma seizures and was having problems that day. I was trying to control it and obviously wasn't doing very well job of it. She insisted her coworkers that I was falling asleep while standing there when that wasn't the case at all. The fact that she gives me the medication to stop my seizures should give her the peace of mind to not make fun of other people for the medical issues. Because of all this I switched all my medications to another Pharmacy. I don't understand why people like her feel like it's necessary to degrade others. One day she'll find yourself in a situation and I hope someone else doesn't fit her the way she treats others.

This pharmacy has some very rude employees! Every time I drop off a prescription or pick one up, the staff is just very ignorant. Horrible customer service, its always out of the certain type of medicine that I fill there every month so I usually have to go to two different pharmacies to fill two my prescriptions. If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would.

Exceptional customer care/service! The day after getting my prescription filled the pharmacy tech called to see how my medication was working and if I had any question’s for the  pharmacist. It’s so refreshing to see this type of service.  Definitely my new pharmacy!!

We recently moved to Idaho Falls.  When I told the person on the phone where our prescriptions were, she advised me to go to the doctor for a new prescription.  My last visit to the doctor cost $180.00. I"m not a millionaire. When I went to Walgreens, they contacted our old pharmacy, got our prescriptions transferred and even contacted my doctor's office to renew a prescription.

Used to be great,  service is now extremely slow and some of the staff is rude. not all but some the shorter pharmacist with glasses is always great.

Rude staff, nearly no acknowledgement when at the counter, not aware of covid vaccine protocols that are found on their website. Save yourself a trip and just go to Walgreens.
