Pharmacy 'tech' Rebecca took my hard copy for my child and wrote my phone number down on it, said it would be ready for pick up in 40 minutes. I came back after work and she said she never touched a copy and that I was wrong. Instead of apologizing or solving the problem, she started waving her hands around and saying I was wrong and to check my purse. The lead pharmacist took over and couldn't do much because Rebecca had lost it. I am disappointed in their service let alone character. Rebecca needs a couple pointers. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you prefer your prescriptions being lost somehow.when it comes down to mistakes it's really about customer service. Then twenty minutes after I left, they called me stating they found it after all.

'For today they get zero stars.  I called to be sure that they were open and the recording said they were.  I drove to pickup my prescription and the pharmacy was shut down.  This is only one of many complaints I have about this pharmacy.  When I called on Saturday to check as to whether it was ready for pickup, at first they said there had no record of it, then I insisted that they look again and it was found.  From what I understand this pharmacy gets alot of complaints.  At least half the time they tell me that my doctors office did not approve the refill, then when the  I call the doctors office I am told that it had been authorized. It was slow and inefficient when it was Haggen pharmacy also.

I will not use them again.  I have tried for six years and they have never improved.  Fortunately they are not the only store in town.

Friendly employees are always helpful and become familiar with you. Prices aren't always the best, but convenience can be worth it.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and bought two of their panninis. For $5 at a grocery store, they were huge and good.

Went in for sandwiches for picnic, was directed to "pre-made" sandwiches..  girl at deli was not excited about her job..
