Story

Albright, Yee & Schmit, LLP provides superior legal services to clients primarily in the areas of labor law (collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, pension plan withdraw liability), employment law (discrimination and harassment), administrative law (Civil Service), business litigation, business formation and transactions, and intellectual property. The firm has become well known and recommended for the quality of its legal work and personalized service.

Managing Partner, Clifton W. Albright, oversees the firm's litigation. He is a 1980 graduate of Loyola Law School licensed to practice law in the State of California. Mr. Albright has deep and comprehensive experience in employment litigation, including employment discrimination (race/sex/age) litigation, and general employment, wrongful discharge and employee benefit litigation, and traditional labor law (management side).

Mr. Albright was recently appointed to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Industry Trade Advisory Committee On Small and Minority Business (ITAC 11). He also serves as the Chairman of
the Board of the City Club on Bunker Hill, and is an active member of the Guardsmen Fraternal Association and Friendly Hills Country Club.
