Pretty awesome place to go spend part of your day. If you love history or crime shows then you definitely need to check it out. I spent 4 hours there and only read about a third of the stuff in there. How long you spend in there is up to you. I recommend doing there top detective challenge with it. Don't expect a good reward at the end but it makes things a little more interactive than it would be otherwise. All in all really enjoyable experience.

Very interesting. Well put together. Too long. Plan to spend at least 6 hours here if you want to see and read everything. We were there for 3 hours and I got so tired of reading in dimly lit rooms that I had to skip some rooms just to give my eyes a break. Worth visiting, though.

Teenagers seem to enjoy this attraction the most. Some interesting information but there were alot of signs to read compared to actual articles to see. They keep your driver's license if you buy the audio ticket until the end and you return the audio device.

Great place. But you got to pay 20$ for a picture of you. Which should come with the tour. Never coming back again swear to god. I'll just donate my money to the local law enforcement then come here again

I was a bit disappointed that most of the reviews I read were impressively accurate! I still chose to see the museum for myself while visiting TN I selected the VIP package and felt it was a bit pricey for everything you were able to do. The marketing department and website designer definitely did a great job of selling the awesomeness of the tickets! Unfortunately, the audio wand is not designed for you to hear in a crowded area where others may be talking. The audio tour numbers throughout the exhibits should be a tad bigger. I do not have poor eyesight and I noticed I missed out on a few audio clips. The detective challenge was not much of a challenge to me. It reminds me of something geared more towards children 10+ years old. The heist game could definitely be a little longer, but I was surprised to see an additional pay to play game within the museum! I figure at $34.95/person you should not have to purchase anything additional within the museum(with the exception of the gift shop)! I did love how their locker rentals are only 25¢!!! Throughout the museum there were some parts that were more interesting than others. For it to be a museum, I just wished there were more artifacts and less posters and electronic prompt machines. My overall assessment is that this felt more of a fun zone instead of a museum.
