They are reasonably priced and fair. All of the storage units are spacious & clean. They care about their customers if your late they will work with you. I'd recommend them to anyone that is looking for a storage unit that is clean with out hassles or being over charged. They are the best!

They like to stick you with a late fee, was told I had until the 17th originally but when I went by on the 16th to grab some stuff and pay the bill they already had their lock on my unit and charged me a late fee. Poor business in my book, will not be back. It's just me but that's $100 you won't be getting anymore.

A couple years back we rented space for my daughter. The facility is clean and safe and well run. The staff is as pleasant as people can get. Of course, the best indication that this is a good place is that I'm back to rent some space for me.

Love the new management. Have been with Alcatraz Storage for over 3 years now and I have not once been done wrong by them. They have always given me the helping hand. The use of their truck they give you for free when you use there units was a big help as well. I love how secure there units are as well as the monitoring. I will continue to keep using Alcatraz storage for my storing needs!

I checked quite many storages in Tulsa before renting here and I'm glad for my choice. The place is super clean and well maintained and security cameras are everywhere. Their rental rate is surprisingly lower than similar places. They also offer free truck for local moves, which saved me good amount. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I lost the keys to my pad locks and when I told him about my problem, he kindly helped me and cut the locks with his tools at no cost. I'm very satisfied with their service.
