I am new to the area and based on the reviews I booked an appointment.  I have had several appointments so far and could not be more impressed.  They are so friendly and beyond thorough with the work that they have done.  I will say that i can be a difficult patient but I can't remember when I felt more at ease.  Their work is excellent.  My Doctor was Doctor Tran.  What a nice lady and a talented dentist.

I LOVE Alcona Dental.   Everyone is so nice there.  Drs. Solis and Tran are very kind and gentle, they do not push services that you don't want.  They are flexible in that you guide your own treatment along with their expertise.  Teegan, the hygienist is highly skilled, but kind and gentle in her approach.  She does not judge or preach but uses encouragement to do her health teaching.   They never double book their patients so you are always on time.  I am so happy I chose Alcona Dental.

Terrible service..made an appointment only to have it cancelled the day of the appointment. They stated that I hadn't been there for a while so I would need to book an appointment a few weeks later. I guess if you have a great dental plan these people are willing to deal with you but only on a very regular basis, if you don't go often enough, you can go away. Beware new patients !!

Dr Solis helped me overcome my fear of dentists!  His calm manner, the treatment room and surroundings made me feel totally at ease and it's no longer a real ordeal for me to come and get my treatment done.  I highly recommend Dr Solis and his team for all treatment.
