This place is poorly operated. The receptionists and schedulers suck at their jobs. When I call and nobody ever answers, I leave a message that never gets responded to. My primary care is here and have great things to say about my doctor, but I will never have a good thing to say for the place itself.

I have never had an issues with the doctors or other workers there. My doctor is so very nice, and continues to help me with all my medical issues. I will go here as long as I am able.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I never have any problems when I, go there. My doctor there is very professional, friendly,  and understanding. Along with the rest of the staff there.

I had some planters warts on my feet that I wanted to get taken care of so I made an appointment to the clinic, the PA that I saw said that one of them wasn't a Planter's wart in the other one was too small to treat. So after the smaller one was large enough to treat, I went to walk in and after waiting for 20 minutes they called me back up to the front desk and said that the doctor wasn't going to do any treatments during walk-in hours, the young lady suggested I make an appointment to see the PA again, so this morning I showed up at my 9:30 appointment and the same young lady informed me that the gentleman who I had the appointment with refused to do any procedures on me, she commented he would see me but would not do any procedures. That makes no sense to me, what is the sense and seeing me without treating my problem. In my opinion they just wanted to charge my insurance company for an office visit and send me on my way. At previous appointments they were anything but thorough; I would even say they rushed me out the door. I have never been treated this poorly by a clinic in all of my 43 years. I am an RN and I cannot imagine treating the patient like this or working for a place who did treat their patients like this. I know for a fact nurses can lose their licenses for abandoning a patient, I know this isn't abandonment but it seems pretty close to me. If you are picking a clinic to care for your health I would look elsewhere. I saw the other negative reviews for this Clinic and dismissed them, big mistake on my part. I will never step foot in that office again, they have wasted enough of my time.

My psychiatrist, counselor, and primary care physician all work here. They are all good at their job but the support staff and receptionists could use a good smacking around from their supervisors. The automated phone messages were recorded in an unprofessional manner and their switchboard is an off-site location that doesn't even transfer you correctly half the time. Most of the receptionists are rude and love to waste your time. I've had to make every single appointment either through the site manager or in person because the schedulers never answer the phone or their answering machines. 
They are, however, a halfway decent walk-in clinic with a few competent doctors and other various specialists. If possible, avoid their pharmacy and be very cautious about their receptionists. If offended easily, don't go here period.
