I have shopped at aldi's for many years now and I enjoy their products and pricing. As for customer service they are lacking in this department big time. I understand the run things at bare minimum to keep prices down but when you have a sign out front that says new employment pay is like $13 or more I still expect my groceries to be treated with more care as you swipe the bar codes in the computer. I did it with a smile when I worked for Tops or much less the fact I worked in any department I was needed. So don't give me "I don't get paid to do that". Please do not throw my food into the cart and toss my cookies so that they are crumbs. Oh and I place them on the belt so you won't destroy my purchases and get somehow you always find away. Thank goodness you are careful with the eggs. But that might leave a mess which you would have to clean up so I'm sure that is the only reason why.

Prices are right, quick check out, and now they take credit cards. Very good!

I love this store the staff is helpful and kind.  When going there you just need to try different brands.  I have gotten accustomed to them and actually like them better now.
