I hate to write this but this places customer service is DISGUSTING! Everytime I ever purchased a meal from this restaurant they never fail to get my order wrong. The last time I went I talked to the manager he called me back was a nice man I explained to him I didn't want his customers service to be the reason I don't go to Aldo's anymore. He explained how he just wants to give the locals the best experience in can give. I didn't write a bad review then because of his kindness but I am sorry I was humiliated today by an employee telling me she had two employees next to he, that she got my order wrong I should have looked at my receipt. Then she stated that I was cussing at her which I was NOT. But explaining my past experience and how they always get orders wrong. Well me and my boyfriend were just talking about how well they were doing from our previous experience. I should have looked at my receipt ? Or should she have repeated the order ? I don't know but I have never experienced that in my life luckily we recorded the conversation and I will be calling Adrain to explain it to him. I believe her name was Esmeralda
