Wonderful soup including vegan options. They have one of only two salad bars in town. There is a good dining space upstairs. Limited groceries but decent in a pinch.

I liked this place. They have a beautiful selection of produce and a fair selection of meat, all organic. They are a little expensive(especially the meat) but youre paying for the quality as well. They serve fresh sushi upstairs, very delicious. There is a public bathroom, also upstairs. Seating upstairs and down, outdoor seating upstairs during summer and early fall. I recomend shopping here but only if you just need a couple things. I wouldnt do my normal shopping here unless you want to spend a fortune.

Great shopping and food. Very comfortable atmosphere and there's plenty of room to eat on site. One stop shopping and eating.

Variety of products was decent. Prices were about what is expected for a health foods store. What really stood out was the little deli and upstairs sushi place. Both fantastic.
