I don't live in the valley so I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered in Weslaco online. Their site is easy to navigate and the process was quick. I wanted to order from a local florist that would hand deliver the arrangement.  Most places increase their delivery fees to as much as $21 around Mother's Day. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Alegro kept their delivery fees low. The fee was so low that I upgraded the arrangement. I saw a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful! I will definitely order through Alegro again!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a $125 flower arrangement for my mom on Mother's Day and the flowers were dying within hours. The lady on the phone told me they used the wrong foam.  I returned the flowers and asked for a refund. The owner told me he already did the job and would not return my money. I wish I could post pictures, so I could show the condition of the flowers. This is the first year I'm away from my mom and this arrangement meant a lot to me. I can't believe this happened. Very disappointed. Don't take the risk and buy your flowers here and if you already ordered, go look at the arrangement before its delivered.

I was a bride coming down from Georgia to be married in Texas, on their website they say they got great customer service, WRONG!! The man was never there he had gave a quote for my flowers then charged more a week before the wedding!! This flower shop is VERY VERY unorganized, DISRESPECTFUL and i will NEVER EVER get flowers from them again!!! They had some 14/15 year old girl who wasn't wearing proper attire and then there was an older sister, both of those girls gave so much attitude on the phone over simple changes!!! So much for great customer service! This flower shop is owned by A RUDE FAMILY that doesn't know how to treat their customers right at all!!! I'm so disappointed!!! If you want to stress out and feel like your business is not appreciated or important go with this horrible flower shop!!!
