I had the good pleasure of working through my Immigration process with the most sincere, thorough, personable, and professional attorney Alena Shautsova and her very able Assistant Gregory. They walked me step-by-step through the  process of obtaining my permanent residency. There were many times I got uptight about or did not understand some issue or the other and they were always there for me. Green card petition
I decided to call Alena when my first lawyer told me, that my green card case doesn't have a good outlook, and I would need one or two years to justify my legalization. Alena gave me professional advice and convinced me that we have a good chance to win. It took us four months to develop a new petition and prepare all the necessary documentation. In four months, after initially contacting Alena, I got the approval of my petitions. It means that all her efforts proved effective. Alena, thank you for your professional work.

I met Alena way back in 2014 while filing what seemed to be a simple paperwork. The case turned out to be more complicated than thought at first and I've worked with Alena for years now. She is amazingly bright, very accommodating, and responds to questions even on weekends and late evenings. Alena is a very knowledgeable immigration attorney - when my case made an unexpected turn at the USCIS office she came up with another solution that actually came through. Aside from the legal side of things she was always nice, personable and did her best to help me get through the anxiety of dealing with Immigration. If you need an immigration attorney,  look no further. I will definitely be back when I need to file again.
