SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP!!! The WORST I have ever seen. Very AMATEUR!!! Please BEWARE! The crew wont take ownership of doing bad work. They just make up the silliest excuses. The owner, Ed Regensburg, is a VERY NASTY man to deal with. Make note that his other companies, Property Administrators and We Rent Today, are under the same roof. Look up reviews for those companies too and you will see just how much of a BAD SEED you are dealing with.

Certainly not the best. The work they did for my brother in-law was shoddy and "patched up" looking at best.

HORRENDOUS customer service. Highly DYSFUNCTIONAL company. BEWARE!!! I was shocked at how poorly they treat their customers. The workers who come to do the job HAVE NO CLUE what they are doing. The staff are a joke. BEWARE of the other companies Ed Regensburg owns: We Rent Today, Property Administrators, Alert Construction.

THE WORST EVER!!! They have LOW STANDARDS! The work from the crew is always crooked, sloppy. Ends up looking very CRUDE and AMATEUR. Their customer service is BAD! They seem o.k. at first (to sort of "hook" you in), but once you get them under contract, the honeymoon is over. I have hired many other contracting companies over the years with little to no problem, but this company is TERRIBLE.

My elderly father lives in a condo whose property management is through Alert Construction, Irving Park Condos (Colony at Country Club). They charge very high homeowner's assn dues (over $100/month) and provide no service. An example, he's at the top of the stairs and a lightbulb has been blown for months and the hallway is very dark. We called on this a couple of weeks ago. Still, nothing (they said they were waiting for it to get dark to see which ones are blown. Last time I checked, it gets dark every night). The hallway is filthy. It's a small complex. What are they doing with the money? They harass him about paying his dues every time they see him. They will be hearing more from us!
