This is probably the best FI I have used. Responses to online messages are quick, phone support has short hold times.  They offer great products such as PopMoney and the ability to do ACH transfers to anyone through BillPay.  I've never experienced a rude customer service representative when entering a branch.  The only thing they could improve is the drive-up hours in Duluth.

This bank is terrible. I had a car loan through them (not my first choice but the dealership talked me into it), and they messed up almost every payment; it seems they can only handle if you pay by check for the exact amount on the tickets they give you (I asked and tried, but I couldn't make electronic payments either). If you pay more, they will mess up the payment. If you pay more than one month at a time, they will mess it up. They will then blame these problems on you, and then charge you fees, and ruin your credit by reporting these problems to the credit bureau. They  also refuse to talk to their partners, which ended up wasting a lot of my time. Then, when I got tired of their terrible service, and attempted to pay off the loan, they tried to talk me out of it multiple times, then screwed up that transaction too, resulting in me getting charged another 90 dollars. All in all, I paid off a 6 year loan in less than 8 months and they reported to the credit bureau that I wasn't making payments and charged me fees for problems they created? Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.
