Jewelry is nice but they make returns very inconvenient. I bought a bracelet online and I went to the store to return it and they wouldn't take it back. So I have to pay more shipping just to return it.

Customer service is seemingly non-existent. Tried to order some stuff for Christmas, but had questions. No response to the multiple emails I sent. If they can't answer basic emails, what else can they not do correctly?
