Story

We would like to thank all our customers and friends for our success over the past 50 years! Our cozy restaurant started on a bright sunny day in 1964 as a small dream from Alex Kallas, who started with 122 W. 8th street with less than 1000 square foot and less than enough seats for 30
people! From that start we have come a long way, thanks to you, our loyal customers, from Rolla and people from around the world, coming to study at our glorious Missouri School of Science and Technology. Thanks to the people who came to us over the years, the expeirences and time we spent, we were able
to show the restaurant, owned by Lazo and Ellie Makridis and with the help of Mike Samaras and Bill Mousadakos, now occupying three buildings downtown, and over 7000 square foot along with seating for nearly 300 now! We would like to continue our promise of the same quality pizzas and foods we have offered for almost 50 years, and with your help and support we plan on doing it for many years to come!
