Always good service and good comfort food. Once in a while the food is not up to standard. Once I got really dry chicken and another time the tamale I ordered was open so that water got into it and turned it to mush. Because I usually grab and go I don't have a chance to exchange the bad items but I'm sure they would exchange them if I asked. I would rate them 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Delicious gyros and broasted chicken. Plain balaclava AND CHOCOLATE BALACLAVA. Prices are very reasonable.

Staff here is funny and they remember your order when you order. 
Food here is great-- a lot of flavor and they make it all when you order, it's not premade.
There's free refills on drinks and they offer shakes- vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. 
If you are going to try Alex's, you MUST try their delicious gyro sauce. It's WORTH THE VISIT.
