Alex is awesome, honest and trustworthy.  He's not in the PR business, he's a professional boot and shoe man with the experience, equipment and know-how and  has a loyal customer base from as far as Florida and Texas based on his good name alone. Bring this man your  repairs! He will do you right!

Alex is the man!   I know some people are offended by the way he speaks to them but I love it.  No sugar coating.  He says what most people think but don't say out loud.  Kind of like Larry David in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.  If you take the time to talk to him he is an incredible guy and it's people like him that remind me of why this country is so awesome.  
Aside from all that, he does fantastic work.  I've had several shoes repaired there and he even fixed my vaccuum.  if you have anything that needs to be repaired, does not matter what it is, Alex can fix it.

Alex has been amazing when doing repairs for us. He is Russian and his delivery in communication is sometimes misunderstood as rude. I just spoke with him on the phone and he was kind and very helpful!! I highly recommend and will ONLY use Alex for any repair.

I seriously don't know how this guy keeps customers. Maybe he was having a bad day. He was extremely rude and got offended when I asked him a question. I wanted to verify the repair total and in an aggravated voice he said "Why you ask me this question". Again when I picked up my shoes he was rude! Hey...Excuse me Buddy?? This is America where as a small business owner we value the customer. You might want to learn that quickly before you don't have any!
