Welcome to Alex Waldbart Florist. We are St. Louis' oldest florist. Still family owned and operated by Claire Waldbart Kramer, fourth generation florist along with her talented team of designers.

Ever since Alex Waldbart started the business in 1872 we have had a simple goal and that is to provide the freshest flowers, the best service and the most exquisite designs for our customers. We realize that a happy customer is a return customer and we very much appreciate your business!

Alex Waldbart is an excellent florist! we used them as our florist for our daughters wedding and they were so helpful and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations on the flowers and the service! Also did a beautiful floral arrangement for a recent funeral. Highly recommended!

I’m not sure of what happened or why no one felt the need to contact me as promised regarding a quote for weddding flowers but I’m not very happy about it. I was told over a month ago that I’d receive a call the same week with a quote and never did so I called only to be told that I’d receive a call later on in the week and STILL NOTHING. I called this morning, spoke with Bryan and was told that he emailed me weeks ago. I asked him to verify the spelling of my name and my email address and everything is correct! 👀 to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement! I’m planning a wedding not a picnic!

I was very happy with Alex Waldbart, the flowers I sent were gorgeous and the recipients loved them.  I was easily able to communicate exactly what I was looking for.  Thank you!!

This is my favorite florist in St. Louis. They do an amazing job and the flowers always look perfect. No matter what occasion I am ordering for - they are always perfect.

I received excellent service in an expedited fashion.  Brian was attentive to my needs, and the staff made my experience an awesome one by understanding and catering to my out of the ordinary request.  

The website was easy to navigate, and the shopping experience was above par.  I really appreciated the follow-through, and I had every bit of confidence that my order was handled by professionals after placing it, giving me peace of mind.  Thank you , Alex Waldbart Florist, for taking care of me and making my day, and the recipient's day!  

This was a totally awesome experience.
