We had an entire store to clear out. We had planned to make several trips back and forth from east side to west side ourselves, but Alexander moving company packed us up so well we only made the one trip back home! They are truly amazing at what they do and we never doubted their skills for a moment! Professional, so nice, just down to earth people! They were careful with all of our equipment and nothing was even slightly out of sorts! They were so easy to work with I highly recommend them for a business move! We appreciate all 3 men we met today!!
It's not easy to pick a moving company. I decided to hire Alexander Moving Company because they are a small family-run business. Rich Alexander came out and gave me an initial estimate. He and his son, Grant, and wife, Joni, packed our house. Rich, Grant and another employee packed the truck. Rich and Grant drove the truck to our new out-of-state home and they both unloaded it. Nothing was broken or damaged. They really care about what they are doing, and they do it all--no third parties involved. No unloading your possessions at a warehouse and then having them picked up by another truck. Nothing left their possession during the move. They were easy and fun to work with. Joni held my hand throughout the process and explained things thoroughly and gladly. They are real pros. Do not hesitate to hire Alexander Moving Company. You will be so glad you did!
I now understand why the Alexander Moving Company has been in business for three decades. Their customer service staff were very helpful. The movers were careful, courteous, and professional. Moving can be a highly stressful experience. If you want to reduce your stress level during this time, I would highly recommend the Alexander Moving Company!
If you’re looking for a loving company… look no further. Alexander is the best moving company I’ve ever used. I’ve moved 3 times in the last 3 years and Alexander Moving Co. was the absolute best move I’ve ever had. From the quoting process to moving day. Everything was handled professionally, pricing was strong/competitive, and the movers were efficient/ skilled. Thank you for your help! I will be a returning customer and will recommend to anyone I know going forward.
We were very pleased with the service we received. The three man crew was very personable and got right to work. They had no easy task as my wife had packed 120 boxes and bins in addition to 8 wardrobes. The crew worked nonstop moving from our second floor apartment no elevator to our two story condo. We were amazed at their stamina. Equally impressive was the fact that the the time it took,and the final price was very close to what was originally quoted. Frankly, I thought the final price would be higher, so that was a pleasant surprise. my sister-in-law recentl moved with a different moving company and paid $500 more than we did. Although we don't intend to move again any time soon, if we did I would love to have this same crew do the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing movers.
I have used Alexander Moving Company for three moves, and family members have used them for two other moves, and we have always had an excellent experience. The movers are very professional and efficient. They treated my belongings with care and actually paid attention to my instructions and words like ‘fragile’ written on boxes. They were also respectful of the premises and caused no damage and were careful not track dirt into the house. They most recently finished a full-house move for me in less than 5 hrs. with two men. I’ve had other services that were slightly cheaper, but these other movers were much less professional or experienced than Alexander’s people. Another thing that inspires confidence is that they have kept a lot of the same staff over the years, which generally indicates a well-run company that is good to its employees, who in turn are courteous and highly competent. I can recommend Alexander Movers without reservation. But book them early, especially in the peak summer months.
From the moment Joan picked up the phone I knew I picked the right company. We just needed a couple of heavy beds and small pieces moved from room to room. The guys showed up. They were nice, clean, neat and professional! Done within the 2 hour minimum, but they took their time and really made it happen. We got rates below their bid but the personable greeting and conversation on the phone guaranteed my call back to schedule. We will use Alexander for our big move this coming year.
I have worked with Alexander Moving twice now and both times they were EXCELLENT. They take great care with everything to be sure there is no damage during the move as well as during storage.
My family has always used Alexander Moving for our moves, starting when we moved from Mentor 25 years ago. Most recently, my wife and I moved from Cleveland to Cary, NC. Even though we originally scheduled them to move us to Denver, this didn’t change a think and we still received 5 star service. They moved us out of our apartment in record time and when we were ready to move a few months later, they were able to get us quickly scheduled and moved. It took them no time to get our things in to our new apartment. What I’m most surprised about is absolutely nothing was damaged. Everything looks exactly as we left. I’m very impressed by the care that was given to our things and to my wife and I.
We couldn't be happier with the entire team at Alexander Moving. We were moving my mom to another state which was stressful for my mother. But the team at Alexander helped ease the journey. From the beginning to the end of our experience, the team was caring, professional, and top-rate. We would recommend them to anyone - whether moving locally or hundreds of miles, they will have you covered!
